General Policy
Due to the spiritual, ritualistic, and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

Exceptions — Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged or broken
Incorrect product received
Package lost in transit (verified via courier)
Customers must report such issues with clear video of product within 24 hours of delivery to info@divinesamagri.com with:
Order number
Clear photos and videos of the product and packaging

Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
Used, opened, or altered items
Customized or astrologer-activated kits
Ritual items
Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are not issued for returned items unless agreed in writing. Approved cases may be eligible for:
Replacement
Refund will be credited to original payment method (within 7–10 business days)

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.

Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction.
7. Return Policy:
Return request can be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Return once initiated the product will be picked within 3-5 business days.
If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
